Live Your Light!

Last night I had what indigenous peoples call a Big Dream; it's similar to one I had almost a decade ago. A great number of us were gathering in what looked like a gigantic cafeteria, moving among tables in something akin to a spiral dance. Each move appeared to signal an elevation in consciousness as well as connection, so that after awhile I was seeing people from all phases of my life along with those I'd never had access to before: world leaders, famous musicians and performers, and countless others. Yet there was zero sense of awe; it was more a joyous recognition ("to know again"), a homecoming for us all.

The next morning, my invitation to join AOAND arrived.

I've said for years that the Internet is the great leveler, and now, Architects of a New Dawn gives us a platform for realizing this truth.

I am honored and joy-filled to be here, and invite you to (according to my We'Moon calendar), "come unfurl at the cusp of possibility!"

Please visit me on LiveYourLight.com, subscribe to our inspirational monthly newsletter, What Shines, and download our eBook trilogy, What Shines; Practical Wisdom for Unleashing Your Inner Brilliance.

My Health, Wealth and Wisdom blog augments the posts found here.

And please visit my Examiner.com page, where I'll be posting inspiring articles on how to live a practical spirituality just about daily! Practical Spirituality Examiner

December newsletter: From Resistance to Resilience

Years ago a popular television commercial featured a maternal manicurist who would soften her customers' hands in Palmolive dishwashing liquid. The theme was both arresting and funny. The patron, upon learning the contents of the cuticle-softening dish, would jerk her hand away and gasp: "Dishwashing liquid?" Madge would calmly pat her hand back down, reassuring, "It's Palmolive!"

How to Become a Magnificent Manifester

"Start a huge foolish project, like Noah." ~ Rumi

What do a purple sweatshirt hanging from a tree branch, a loaf of freshly baked bread, a dead car engine on a stormy night, and a magical forest cabin have in common? They're just a few of the inspiring stories I frequently share about the role of synchronicity in our lives, and how learning to recognize it, embrace it, and nurture it can be the key to changing the way we live.

Is Your Life a Banquet?

Thanksgiving is about food the way Christmas is about presents. In modern life, neither expresses the true spirit of the holiday — although the potential is there. Because at core level, the real issue is always love.

I am subscribed now. I just read your bio. Wow....how do you find all of the hours in the day to do what you do? You are an amazing inspiration! I understand exactly what you mean about the transformation and that part of the life which dissolved. It seems you found your new path effortlessly...am I correct? It's taking me a little time...some might look and say it's a difficult time (or worse!), but in reality, it's like being at the most sumptuous buffet ever and getting wonderful enjoyment from just looking at all of the amazing selections. I am trying to figure out if it is that difficult to choose or if I just haven't seen the entire presentation yet....do you know what I mean? I am doing plenty of inner work...but the answer is not yet clear. I am enjoying the journey...both the laughter and the tears...because I know the best is yet to come.

Dear Amara,
Yes, I have a very good friend Amara who I am getting together with this afternoon for our respective birthdays this week. I'm sorry I have not gotten back to you sooner, but this weekend is busier than expected, and I won't have computer time until tomorrow. I will send you the wedding vows. The rose fairy is very, very special to me, and I use her all the time...so I must leave her on my page...in fact, I have her on all of my social site pages. They are not "mine," as I did not create them, (and don't know who did), but the rose fairy has been my kind of personal trademark on my social sites, including ones where I use "rose" as part of my name "wild irish rose." Roses are really special to me, too...my grandmother used to grow many different varieties; I made a rose headring for Mother Mary in a big ceremony once...just many things about roses that are symbolic for me. But I'll still be happy to take the Rainbow Fairy image down for you and replace it with another image on my page. To find other great fairy photos, go to www.photobucket.com and click on "Just for Fun." There you will see the category "Fairies." They have added alot more recently which are just beautiful. Love and joy, Colleen
