Take time today to get quiet and observe your breath. Breathe slowly and deeply. The breath is the doorway to stilling the mind. Let go of all desires and let go of all thoughts. In the silence you will find the grace that you are looking for

Here is one of my favorite quotes:
The highest good is like water. Water gives life to the ten thousand things and does not strive. It flows in places men reject and so is like the Tao. In dwelling, be close to the land. In dwelling with others, be gentle and kind. In speech be true. In ruling, be just. In busines, be competent. In action watch the timing. No fight. no blame.

How to Stay Open during Times of Change

One of the keys that I have found helps me immensely during periods of change, is the ability to surrender to what is, no matter how unsettling it may feel. I simply allow the situation to become part of the greater plan. I remain flexible and shift gears if necessary, perhaps revaluating my immediate goals and how I am going to achieve them.

I have also come to realize that a new level of flexibility is required each time I make a decision to grow. Once change has begun, it triggers a longer j… Continue

The lesson here is that an outer shift only becomes possible once we take an inner leap of faith and move forward despite our fears. What we come to find out is that our inner truth is tha… Continue

Walk On Faith

Life is a bit like walking in a forest. Along the path you will find trail markers. Other times you won’t. Sometimes the brush will become dense and little light will shine through, and in other places you will feel the glorious sunshine on your face. Any successful person will tell you that answers come not at once, but little by little, step by step, to create the life you want. Faith is an intuitive skill and you will get better at it the more you use it. Open up to walking on faith, and see… Continue

Mastering Your Thoughts

Mastering your thoughts may seem impossible at times. The key is to be able to shift gears, even when you feel stuck. The power of positive thinking can be compared to the software on your computer. The subconscious mind makes no judgment, and accepts what you tell it. Over time the input of thoughts that are constructive, affirming, progressive, and expansive will change your life. Are you willing to give it a try?
