For the last 2 years Facebook blocked and permanently disabled hundrends of thousands accounts of the users from Russia. Of course some users from other countries including the USA also experience similar problems. But the number of Russian disabled accounts goes far beyond any reasonable numbers. That sounds more like targeted actions aiming to kick out as many Russian accounts as possible.

A few days ago Facebook asked me to go through confirmity check, I sent my picture as required and a couple of days later got this note: Your account has been disabled.

Luckily I has been expecting something like that and a few years ago registered a spare account with Facebook with all the information posted simultaneously with the main account.
