Angel wisdom encourages you to keep a dream journal at this time as many of you are receiving guidance and answers through your dream time. You can more easily remember your dreams by writing whatever you recall immediately upon awakening. Just write down whatever you can remember, and the rest of the dream will unravel from your unconscious mind. Review your dream journal often, and look for patterns and themes. These recurrent dream issues signify messages that your higher self and the Angels are trying to tell you.
