Although we feel lonely sometimes, there are always the people who need us and the ones who we need. Sometimes when we're not being focused on what we really need, we may get sinking too deep on seeing what have been gone wrong in our lives and forget how to be happy. Then all we do need is to change the focus of the thoughts from what's makes us feel miserable to what really leads us for happy feeling again.
