She was at peace, saying "hallelujah" on the way out.

Dear Rick:

Cara Mastrey is my voice coach and I am a supporter of The Tawn Mastrey Foundation.

I play guitar and sing and one of the songs I play is Black Magic Woman.

Cara is out raising money for TMF and I am trying to support that as her and her family.

She and Damus are very important to me.

I don't really know where all this is taking me, but with God as my Source,

I am sticking with Cara.

She is a very special friend and as a vocal coach, she's absolutely irreplaceable.

I am a born again Christian. I play Blues guitar and my father was one of the two best drummers in the city of Mpls, At least Duke Ellington thought so. but Dad had a problem. It was called: Women.

The thing was, even though he was abusive, he got me my first guitar at the time The Beatles made their four week in a row appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show.

Cara told me once that Tawn not only liked Black Magic Woman, but The House of the Rising Sun as well. Cara began learning to sing because of Billie Holiday. I also do 'Tain't Nobody's Bizness If I Do." I am relearning God Bless The Child and Strange Fruit JUST to make Cara happy.

Thanks for the info and I wish to contribute with since I already had songs uploaded here in 2009 but how could I retrieved it since when I re-opened my account, there is a need for approval from the Moderator here besides my old email I used here is no longer working thus I am using the present one which upon approval, my old account with same account name was vanished/removed , something that I am back to zero. I hope u can help me to be back on my old account so maybe I can think about which song is good for.
