Ed - I am ever so inspired after viewing the website for the June 19th Grand Awakening of the All Things Arts, Media and Communication, not to mention just about every other topic that is central to our Collective Renaissance at this most critical time in, well, shall I say, thousands of years? What came to me in a meditation just now as I lay in the sun, reviewing in my mind what I gleamed from looking at the website was..." Laying the final CAPSTONE on each area of what is the achievement of Man/Womankind as we make the 2012 Ascent towards honoring and understanding where all our inspiration comes from in the first place. Imagination mixed with Integrity mixed with Purpose and Mastery. Now that's what I call - Illuminating! You might make TED wince. Good. It's about time to put it all together. I think you're doing it. You are my current Hero Ed. Looking very much forward to this one....and the ones to follow.

Greetings all! The Center for Conscious Creativity (c3) has been working hard on an upcoming symposium to be held this June 19th in Los Angeles entitled c3 VISION LAB PRESENTS: STATE OF THE ARTS. The focus is on the power of arts, media and entertainment to foster global change. The event is designed to build bridges between "conscious creatives" and leaders/executives in arts, media and entertainment and spark dialog about their potential to (and even their responsibility to) support and foster global change.

The event includes a day-long symposium with high-level speakers and evening entertainment featuring Kenji William's performance of BELLA GAIA.

Find out more at www.c3so.com. Tickets will go on sale for this week.

We are also curating select technology demonstrations for the June 19th event that showcase the future of arts, media and entertainment. Please contact me for more information.

Greetings Group, if you have any transformative media you feel would be appropriate for this year's 4 day long International Day of Peace Global Broadcast please let me know. It happens September 18-21st, so still plenty of time for getting content in, we're also looking for more peace building partners. Peace!

I posted a discussion topic above that challenges everyone in this group to ponder what a sequel to the movie AVATAR might look like that resolves the conflict between the technologically driven, greedy Earth-based race and the gentle and harmonious Nabu. Should one side win by destroying the other? Might they find a way to listen to one another's needs and work together for their mutual benefit? What would that look like? Let's write the sequel together!

Music is looked upon as something serious and holy, designed to purify the feelings of the people. The enthusiasm of the heart expresses itself involuntarily in a burst of song or the rhythmic movement of the body. From immemorial times the inspiring affects that moves all hearts, and draws them together, has mystified mankind.
The ancient kings made music in order to honor merit, and offered it with splendor to the Supreme Deity inviting their ancestors to be present. In the Temple folks drew near to God with music and pantomimes. The Ancestors were invited to these divine rituals as guests of the ruler of heaven and as representatives of humanity in the higher regions. This uniting of the human past with the Divinity in revering his ancestors with solemn moments of spiritual inspiration established the bond between God and man. Our first Earthdance and Theater.

"MUSIC from the HEART OF LOVE"

A SPECIAL HEALING CONCERT presented in the home recording studio of Internationally acclaimed, Grammy-nominated, award winning performing and recording artist
C O N S T A N C E D E M B Y
"The Electronica High Priestess of Priestesses"

This is an opportunity to be in the presence of rarefied music which generates profound sonic vistas, performed in the intimate setting of Constance's home recording studio. In a career spanning three decades, the healing power of this music has inspired thousands of testimonials from those who have been transformed by the tones and frequencies transmitted through Constance from the Sound Current.

“A realm of consciousness that words can only attempt to describe.”
- Deepak Chopra

She will perform on the ancient Santur / Hammer Dulcimer, the Cosmic Electronic Symphonic Orchestra, and the Sonic Steel Space Bass, an originally designed, massive instrument that transmits powerful subsonic frequencies, invariably putting audiences into deep altered states. The Space Bass has been described as "a transdimensional communication device, a gateway to other dimensions, a chakra tuner-upper, an atom rearranger, whales in space" and many other poetic analogies.

“One of the world's greatest living musicians, Constance Demby may well be the most important woman composer of classical and innovative music of our time.” - Jean Houston, Phd

Thank you "Ancient One" for this wonderful comment. We must live each day one at a time and do all that we can do in that day.
