Sacred Space, a yoga studio run by my friend Ingrid Boulting who is also a former actress and self taught painter.And, my artist friends Zubin and Shahastra have created The Walk, a one hour journey through an enchanted wood with 18 contemplation stations integrating art, spirit and nature...a virtual Disneyland for the soul which i suspect you might enjoy. Steve is performing here this weekend so I will be seeing him and will mention that we have connected.
