Personal growth is a process, sometimes a slow one at that.
One needs to learn how to respect others and not be so hard headed with a mind set in cement, it hardens the heart and soul and stunts ones growth.
One needs to respect their elders, regardless if you feel their right or wrong, They are your elders and have earned respect, and if your un willing to give it, then you need to re examine yourself.
often time little people get a big mans complex and feel somehow they need to over compensate.
It;s what's in ones heart that truly matters, not the size or stature of a person.
