Remember the movie, PLAY IT FORWARD. To me, being in gratitude is Playing it Forward: helping someone from a place of unconditional love just because you can and you choose to do so. In that moment of selfless giving, we are all ONE. We are affirming our unity and harmony. For in helping others, we help ourselves and all of humanity. I'm grateful for really feeling and remembering this today. It's up to be to be aware and conscious in each moment to know and feel where it is appropriate to make a difference in another's life. I'm grateful for the loving energy of the site that moves us all into a new knowningness. Lots of love, Arlene

To everyone who loves me anyway when I have fallen in consciousness, identified with and became less than my potential, I thank u endlessly . You held the presence of love unbridled and I remembered to return home.

It is often the little and simple things. My friend had to go a a liquid diet recently and then her doctor called her and said she could eat real food again. I am sure her liquid diet gave her a giant appreciation of solid food.

I appreciate the sun and as always my friends animals and human both and my yoga school and teachers and the people who contribute on this website. I appreciate being surrounded by nature and the peace and quiet where I live and the deer and the owl that hang out on my street and the quail too. I love to listen to the different birds.

I'll second Linda's comment! I'm so grateful we get to choose what bothers us and what doesn't. Most things just don't bother me a bit when I look at it that way.
Love, Erin

I am thankful that we can re-choose the " new " in every moment. We don't have to be stuck with old feelings, myths, and behaviors. We can hold the hope to align to our highest potential and be there .

I am grateful for Spirit's "just-in-time" response to my needs, always ~ even as I hear my angels amusedly asking, "Well, do you have perfect faith yet?"

The times when I am living from this place ~ of absolute faith in the Universe ~ miracles happen. My challenge is to live here all the time. Gettin' there ;-)

I am thankful for the sunshine and the incredible yoga class I attended this morning.

I am thankful for avocados too and most of all thankful for my friends and the wonderful loving dog and adorable cat that are in my life.
