Mike it sounds like your retreat was good.
I am thankful for my long hike tonight through the Black Forrest and my increased energy. I am thankful for infrared light and photon medicine and doctors that think outside the box and countries that allow new ideas and protocols.

I am grateful for my yoga classes yoga teachers and school, my borrowed dog and cat, the sun today over the hill, my garden and the chance to go to Germany for healing and a good friend to go with and the abundance to be able to go. Thank you Universe!
