I am grateful for mountain water, German raspberries, a kind bus driver, spontaneity, good music, Phillip's musical selections which are lifting my mood, and very thankful for this online community and all the flowers and nature that surround me.

fresh strawberries and nectarines...the sound of my neighbor's bamboo windchime thru the window...all the birds moving thru, reminding me of how fast or slow life can be - it's up to me to notice it all!
blessings!

I'm grateful for the summer, another birthday looming (July 2), and for some fishing time with my son. I'm grateful that change is the reality, and is no longer to be feared.

grateful for the morning light, the fresh coastal air, the color in the garden... breathing it in...

My life is meaningful, not incidental. We have meaning with gratitude, for we interconnect. Now help to find gratitude for the 4 weeks of rain we have had. Perhaps it is a further awakening of our understanding of climate change. If we all acknowledge that, we will have the will to change our habits.

The persistent pain in my disabled left foot reminds me how grateful I am to be ambulatory.

Happy Father's Day to all for whom it applies.

I'm grateful for my sperm donor father, for without him, I would not be here nor be the person that I am. I'm grateful for his and my stepfather's example of what NOT to be as a father.

I'm grateful for my son's artistic rendition of me, and the very thoughtful items he made for me when at school. His love and presence makes this existence have that much more meaning. I'm grateful to the loving friends around me today that have been like the brother I always wanted.

I'm grateful that the past can remain in the past.

Best,
Mike
