Grateful for healing music and the beautiful Black Forest that surrounds me, a mystical looking moon, and Montana clouds.

I'm grateful to be in the presence of so many seekers of light and enlightment. Love can be the manifestation of my Power's solution to all my problems. I learn more each day.

Thank you,
Mike

Thankful for helpful people in a strange land and happiness and wellness and another marvelous day on this planet and the green of beautiful mountains and the white of white fluffy German/Montana clouds and thankful for healing mineral waters. Thankful for the happiness relaxation brings and colorful window boxes filled with flowers.

smiling, grateful, content w/the gifts of life lived. carrying that warmth nestled inside, seeds for a vision of what is next - and grateful for the generous gifts of the creative ones who are crossing over in these times...you are still with us. blessed be.

I am grateful for Michael Joseph Jackson. I am just 3 years younger than Michael so I was blessed to listen to his music throughout the years.. It is unfortunate that the media will not allow him to rest in peace. Michael thank you for your great music, your great dancing that did heal many of us just listening and watching you.
For an ordinary African American male who grew up in the ghetto of Gary, Indiana, you accomplished more than anyone in the history of pop music. I too was raised in Gary, Indiana. You were such an inspiration and hope to many like you who began in the ghetto. I am sorry for all the pain you lived through, I only wished you know how many billions of us loved you no matter what the media reported. We will miss you dearly, Rest In Peace my Prince....

i am grateful for love. in endless abundance. so much that i slather it on thick. like sweet buttercream on a cupcake. cool aloe on a sunburn. soothing lotion on dry skin. use it generously and you'll always have more than you can use. love. apply liberally.

I'm thankful for the Michael Joseph Jackson. He was nine years older than me, but earnestly I feel like he was a loving spirit who's music did touch me and he helped me get through some rough times, and also gave me a lot to celebrate and be happy about.

I posted this on the Carlos groups and will share the same here:

I wanted to be one of the first to acknowledge the genius and legacy of that gentle, loving giant Michael Jackson. I am happy people, in general, are focusing on his great prolific gift, and humanitarianism, rather than the negative trials and tribulations that he experienced.

"Human Nature" was a song that helped me in difficult teenage years get to get through shit. I could relate just to wanting to be out of the house and just living. (And I still do, at age 41)

"Man in the Mirror" speaks for itself.

His work is vast. And though the "King of Pop" he really did have some profound things to say about humanity.

God Bless and RIP MJ!

Today, I got my hands joyfully dirty planting two Aloe Vera Plants. These healing plants have been life savers for many people, especially here in the Southern climes.
Thankfully, they grow wild on tropical islands, and I used them regularly to soak sunburned students and staff in overnight. No matter how sunburned, the overnight soak always healed the skin.
It is important that you not cut the plant and use the green sticky smelly juice. The clear odorless gel is what you want, so cut a leaf, put in in a refrig. or place aluminum foil around the cut, part, the green chlorophyll(which nuetralizes the healing gel) will coagulate (like blood) after about 15 to 20 minutes, Then the pure clear gel is available for use - it will cool the burn immediately, and usually heal a mild burn in a few minutes.

I am grateful for all the good support groups here at our Unity Church today. We have an in-depth Eckhart Tolle Group that goes way beyond E.T., if that is possible, next our diverse men's ("Rising in Love") group (in an otherwise female dominated congregation), and then a guided meditation group. It makes for a heart overflowing, soulful afternoon!
