Generally speaking, there are two ways to interact with energy. We can either align with the energy flowing around and through us, or we can resist the flow of that energy.

We resist the flow of energy when we choose to interpret life in ways that lead us to struggle not only with the natural abundance all around us but with each other. Resisting the flow of energy lowers our vibration and causes us discomfort.

On the other hand, when we choose to align with the free flow of energy, we feel at peace, we feel joyful! In this state of free-flowing energy and peacefulness, we are open to our Inner Guidance.

Accepting the fact that this Inner Guidance is always available to us encourages us to open ourselves to it. We can experience our Inner Guidance when our minds are quiet and we are in a state of inner calmness.

From this state of calmness, not only do we hear our Inner Guidance clearly, but we also open ourselves to the unlimited abundance of the Universe.*

These sessions will be done with you lying comfortably on your back on a massage table (fully clothed). And that is all you have to do! These sessions will be done in my office in Dania Beach, Florida and are available on Sundays from 2pm and Mondays from noon.
