Flash mobs as  preparation for the BIG HUG 2012

What to do?
Find venues in your town where you can gather several thousand participants.
The best max. 10-minute walk distasnce to the ultimate gathering place.

Talk to the media
The event should be prepared  together with the media,. They haveto be clear about the purpose of the flash mob action. Also, that it is only the first step to BIG HUG 2012  and that this step is performed at many places in the world and serves the changes in human consciousness and to live gladly.

Dates
First Event  - 14th February, 20h or individually referring to your region
Second Date - 1 April, 15h          or individually referring to your region
Third Date    - 1 May, BIG HUG synchronicity worldwide (19h in Germany - Europe)

Method
Announcement via  media, Facebook and Twitter
Mp3 instructions in Facebook, BIG HUG 2012.de or down loaded from the website of the media
Participants will need:
to put on a big red visible heart, (for 1 € donation to BIG HUG 2012?)
a small lamp / flashlight / LED light

announce Gathering places of the four cardinal directions so that the participants gather there before 20h.
At exactly 20 h by the participants press play of their mp3 players. The best would be one person  at the meeting point will give the countdown, so there is no difference.
Now every one  get the same instructions at the same moment.
 
There are three phases
First, mutual recognition at the gathering points in the four cardinal directions from the endpoint.
Second, The walk to the final assembly point as a large group, with shining asessoirs e.g.  flashlights.
Third, At the final assembly point,  final instructions will be performed.

Implementation
The participants reach at the four places - put on the heart - perform first instructions  in order to break the ice.
Then march together to the final place. They should light up with their flashlights or glow sticks., so it makes an impression when you see them walking the streets.
In Hamburg, we have chosen as a finish for the Binnenalster. Is a great place to join some thousands around the big lake

First phase
20h to turn on all their mp3 player and follow the instructions

Announcements:
Put the big red heart around the neck / fasten it on stuff. If you have, turn your light on.  [What kind of music?)(2 min)
Move around to the music (dance music from the  mp3) and stretch out your tongue to the one at your site, - smile in his face – reach out hands and moving on to the music. (3 min) Rhiana You Da One (min 3:33)

Second phase
Announcements:
All move together happily jumping with the music towards Alster. "You will find the path marked with balloons." Lady Gaga: Born This Way (4:20 min)
When you arrive at the Alster lake, you'll encounter groups coming from the other direction, you positioned around the Inner Alster. Music with rhythm catwalk Madonna: Papa do not preach (5 min)
