I like how Carlos described being in meditation or quiet time alone with the creator, to shut off all the chatter and things that happen in the day, "everyone wants to bring you into there negativity." Clearing the mind of negativity.It's like clearing the decks and saying ok I'm moving on, and I am made for excellence and uniqueness I'm going to get in touch with my light, and radiate positivity.
