 gene, Oregon. Filled with music, fun, food, and films, the 2010 Eugene
  Celebration takes place August 27-29.\n\nThe Celebration Film Festiva
 l provides filmmakers and audiences the opportunity to enjoy innovativ
 e films, highlighting the talents of local, national, and internationa
 l independent filmmakers.\n\nThe theme for the 2010 Eugene Celebration
  is Raise the Roof, and the Celebration Film Festival intends to do ju
 st that. In these tough times it seems we could all use a good laugh s
 o we are specially seeking comedy, animation, or fantasy film.\n\nThis
  is not exclusive– all styles of film are requested; the Celebration
  Film Festival aims to promote and support independent film of all gen
