DESCRIPTION:Generally speaking, there are two ways to interact with en
 ergy. We can either align with the energy flowing around and through u
 s, or we can resist the flow of that energy.\n\nWe resist the flow of 
 energy when we choose to interpret life in ways that lead us to strugg
 le not only with the natural abundance all around us but with each oth
 er. Resisting the flow of energy lowers our vibration and causes us di
 scomfort.\n\nOn the other hand, when we choose to align with the free 
 flow of energy, we feel at peace, we feel joyful! In this state of fre
 e-flowing energy and peacefulness, we are open to our Inner Guidance.\
 n\nAccepting the fact that this Inner Guidance is always available to 
 us encourages us to open ourselves to it. We can experience our Inner 
 Guidance when our minds are quiet and we are in a state of inner calmn
 ess.\n\nFrom this state of calmness, not only do we hear our Inner Gui
 dance clearly, but we also open ourselves to the unlimited abundance o
