Just keep the feeling of love and harmony, it needs no time. Then you already do the most. But with the meditation it is also possible to compress the time, sot that a few minutes feels like the hours. Listen to your own heart, the what it tells you.

Hi every one,, I was hesitating to join this meditation group,, it kinda scares me,,,but I somehow know that Silja, is on the right track,, it's ,firstly a unique expirience,, but connecting with others,, while doing so would be,,very powerful!! I really dont have alot of free time,, to meditate,, or do what ever else, but i think i'm ready to grow a bit more,, thanks for hosting us Silja ,,peace love and happiness All Ways!! Thomas

Some people where I live do water appreciation ceremonies in the summer time at night around the full moon. They hike down to the beach and dance and give thanks to the water. One of these times I would like to get it together to go with them.

Sometimes I write words on paper and stick the words under my water bottle or glass or under my herbs or supplements.

The water video is very beautiful.

I did pour the water into the jar made of glass and let it stay in the daylight for some hours, imagined the how life comes back to the water in all over the planet. Imagined the how people will understand how important it is to save the water from the poisoning and wasting. Tried to create through the water. And of course added all the positive thoughts I could think of and let it work on the water. In fact the totally sterile water is not the best for the body. The positive thought and the positive energy that has been given into it creates also the bacteria, that is good for the body. Thank you so much for these amazing ideas, that you gave! Love you!

After watching this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkbpXRSIUnE about thoughts words and water and how it forms different crystals to different thoughs and words I invented a meditation for the shower or bath.

You think of a word or thought you want more of like joy or healing or whatever.. you then say the word out loud and splash yourself with the water right after you say the word. You can do a series of words and splashes.

I've always wondered why the so many have the difficulties to get and stay in the state without thinking..? For me it seams like a piece of cake. Sometimes it's so awesome just to see the floating by, too. It's also nice to catch the huge amount of information. It's like a package, that you know exactly what's in it without even giving to it the form of thought before. But it can be opened by forming this all to thoughts, too.
For me this whole thing has became just so natural, it does not take the effort to get in it or to use it. But at the same time it is always like a starting point, too. Starting point for developing more... Love and blessings for you all!

I just love this bird, love to watch how it comes and goes! The sight from my window looks certainly better than the TV for me. Starlings in the summer, woodpecker in the winter..! Just an amazing bird!

I will tell you my experience for meditation continuously.
( I wrote initial step about way of breath at DAN JEON)
Second step is...inhale slowly during 5 seconds and stop breath during 5 seconds and exhale slowly during 5 seconds.
Third step is ..inhale 10 sec, stop 10 sec. exhale 10 sec...

By the way,,,Recently I didn't follow the way of breath at DAN JEON.
I just have a deep breath naturally and close eyes without thinking.
I think that Without thinking is very important things when I enter the world of meditation.

Next time..I will tell effect of Without thinking.
