We are truly our own sovereign integral universe of limitless potentials now,
Expressing, exploring and experiencing ourselves and nature's sacred vow,
To support and inspire us with every conscious deep breath that we take,
As we accept ourselves completely and passionately love the lives we create....

Hold On

Hold on to what is good,
Even if it's a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe,
Even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do,
Even if it's a long way from here.
Hold on to your life,
Even if it's easier to let go.
Hold on to my hand,
Even if someday I'll be gone away from you.

Thank you Silja,
Yourself and Kurri are a wonderful "Team Breathing"unit. It makes it so much more fulfilling as we share ourselves with our pets whose overflowing love mean so much to all involved. Thanks for sharing your warmth and light.
Lots of love and joy.

Yes Silja,
It is so rich to embrace our own breath and feel the energy supporting and feeding us moment by moment, breath by breath.Love and trust yourself deeply and joyfully now. Eye love and trust myself and trust that you do the same as fully as you can one conscious deep breath at a time.

Our power and the energy comes from the presence. When the things seams not to go too well, it is most important to bring ourselves back from the thoughts and to see what we can do now. It is good to find the reasons to be happy and to let go the worries. Every thought has the manifestation energy, so we can change the thinking when we see that the subject we're thinking about isn't related to our goals. The meditation can also help to bring ourselves back to our presence when we're getting stuck with the thoughts that are not much of the help for ourselves. Stay focused the what is good now and the what we'd like to see in our future. Feel the love inside.

Hi Tommy,
welcome to our conscious deep breathing "Team Breathing Circle".this only means that from this moment onwards, every time you take a conscious deep breath you should remember that the whole world is breathing with you.Trust your breath implicitly as your God, Your Life and as your only real estate, simply because it is so. Take your own time, and at your own pace, and it is just a matter of practice before this habit will sink in and serve you forever.
Lots of love and peace.

Yes Tommy,
It is good to remember that we are members of this wonderful breathing universe and that our breath is our renewable fuel source. As we practice and perfect our conscious deep breathing skills we will begin to see our lives in new ways. As you mentioned how you have dealt with panic attacks in the past, eye now suggest that you pick up from that point and replace shallow breathing with conscious deep breathing as your new lifestyle. Let your breath show you how to follow in its steps one conscious deep breath at a time. You will love it.

Thank you so much Desmond concern and your time. I do know the importance of breathing being a singer and someone who has lived with Panic Attacks for the past 36 years. I know I need to work on this, and I also know that I need some guidance from people of wisdom. Thank you again for your wisdom and caring. Peace always. Tommy

Hi Tommy, It is certainly nice to touch breath with you. The whole truth is that we are our "BREATH". As soon as we accept ourselves as our "BREATH" we begin to automatically see and feel differently about everything. Take some deep breaths now and begin to experience how good they make you feel. Continue to pay attention to your breath and gradually shift from your shallow breathing habit and you will soon begin to feel better about your life as a whole.
Make this into a practice. Breathe consciously and deeply and trust your breath as you do your life because it is truly your life.
Have fun getting reacquainted with your Breath one conscious deep breath at a time, and you will certainly enjoy yourself much more than before.
Desmond
