In these two years ,especially in the last six months, I feel I have come upon the most resistant ,fearful stuff that lives in me. And what a big help it turns out to be that I learned and practiced some tools to maintain my resolve.

Viewing life from the perspective o f consciousness, makes all the difference in th e world. We know there is more to us that the body we reside in. And our day literally turns out based on which aspect of us we choose tod identify with...consciousness or body.

We experience ourselves as consciousness , part of the oneness of all life in meditation if we are discipined enough to outlast the monkey chatter of the mind.

And there we have it . Two opposing forces living in one body. What is one to do ? How does it all come together?

Wouldn't you know it would be the heart that bridges the two selves? Not the heart of I will love you if you love me.The heart that says I love u anyway, no matter what.

I have found true centre. A deep well of love every expanding .

When I bring home a negated bit of self home that I could not bear to see in prior moments , this heart of love gently surrounds this unwanted bit of me in the kindest, purest, beat of her fiery heart , and accompanies it to the "new ."

When we are in despair , we don't remember that some bit is ready to come home and its telling us in the language it speaks...in the language we programmed it to say"

" it may sound angry. it may use harsh words.it may yell" Get Away, you ugly bitch!"

And here is where those simple tools for remaining judgement free come in. This is the time ,as all times are, to stay steady . strong. unwavering.centered in the heart.

"You will see me in other people an d you will not like me. i will make u upset. Its only because you secretly chastise yourself for being just like them.

Wise ones say , please open the door to your heart. You have barred it shut feeling this is how best to keep me,the painful stuff, in shadow. your facade can be maintained with laughter or a poker face. but all of us are not fooled.

Go ahead and breathe free . Undo the latches to your heart . Only you can, the wise ones say .

Your heart wishes to breathe free. .. to evolve into the love it can be in potential, it can , if you choose to allow.
Return to Love. Yes, of course , we are unconscious or habituated to fear.

We talk as if we wish to transform fear into love, yet when fear comes to express it self in us or about us we are weak to transcend it.

What will it take for us to manifest the brilliance we hold within? I find what helps me to push past the inertia of fence sitting is to mantra, "clear all from my life that no longer serves me."

If you're sincere, it will happen, so be ready. Grieving is allowed and necessary .Going back to old ways will not fit anymore , no matter how u try. You will know you are living a lie.

We have become enamoured with ourselves. Our egos claim the light and love of our higher being as its own.

As we stay in the consciousnes to assign our hearts to "always tell me the truth " worthines is no longer an issue. You know you've held nothing back from living and loving in truth. You know your natural state is to be aligned and centered to Source ( or your favorite name for this energy of creation). You know service is loving all.

Let us help each other move forward in worthiness. Our lights could be seen and felt round the world.

love,
Prem has been talking a lot lately about the vast difference between belief and knowing. What do you think?

"Do you see the divine through somebody else's binoculars, idea, descriptions? I'm not trying to confront you. I want you to think and at the end of that thinking come to the conclusion that you want to KNOW. I'm here to tell you, "IT'S ON! Life is ON!"
When we look at the world through the perception of the ego, i.e. physical eyes, we are caught in a dream in which we think we are participants in a play that is real, and that things do happen to us, and that we need to do things to fix, change or correct our experiences.
When we look at the world through the perception of the ego, i.e. physical eyes, we are caught in a dream in which we think we are participants in a play that is real, and that things do happen to us, and that we need to do things to fix, change or correct our experiences.

As we practice turning within, and allowing the Holy Spirit's perception to permeate our mind, although we still do things in physical form, our actions are led, not by fear but by love. There is a sense of peace and serenity within, even when our circumstances seem to be chaotic. As we let life unfold as it will, it becomes fascinating as to how every event follow a perfect order, and everything works together for our highest good as well as the good of everything and everyone who may be directly, or indirectly affected by our state of being.

My experience has been, that as I continue to let go and let God, I find myself doing less and less, ironically, I end up accomplishing more and more. And in the meantime, all of my needs are met as I continue on this wonderful path.
I/we love the inspiration that many people have contributed to this site , for sure. I also love tools to that help me to be real to face the truth of what is in every moment.
I find this being in acceptance of what is to require great discipline , even for self and ones having years of spiritual practice under their belts.

A good place to start , as good as any, I suppose, is to look at where we are hiding from the truth.

A good place to start , as good as any, I suppose, is to look at where we are hiding from the truth.

Perhaps the author of the poem below speaks for you in some measure. I read every so often to have a scan of what I am doing in my life.It is very long and I will present sections of it, at a time.

It is entitled ,"Please Hear What I Am Not Saying." author unknown

"Don't be fooled by me.
Don't be fooled by the face I wear.
For I wear a mask.;I wear a thousand masks,
masks that I am afaid to take off.
Pretending is an art that's second nature with me.
but don't be fooled---for God's sake don't be fooled.
I give u the impression that I'm secure,
that all is sunny and unruffled with me,
within as well as without,
that confidence is my name and coolness my game, that the water's calm and Im in command,
and that I need no one.
Bu t don't believe me.
PLEASE..."

I feel this how I coped with many of the challenges I faced. I simply decided at some point not to allow others to see me being vulnerable, desperate to understand, aching like an open sore. That worked until my mom at age 82, was killed by a stranger in the night a few years back.

Please, if u are prompted toward pity for mother or our family, it has never and does not help ones grieving. It has a lower energetic vibration than many other feelings we might choose..

She was ready to leave her body. She had told me many times.

I ached for the words I did not say, for the kindness I might have shown. I let her masks and mine interfere with the business of living. ..for we are all imperfect birds sharing the same nest....even if we live alone and know no one.

I wanted so much to understand what occurred in spiritual terms when what there was to do was feel it , surrender to the pain of it, the gift of it.

Life is much easier now. I accept what is before me, letting the judgement of it, or wanting it to be different, letting that go more and more. I find that richness and interconnection I have so longed for with many others, I find it right here in my heart.,everywhere I go, regardless of how people interact with me.

The choice is mine to connect with others by connectng with the heart of life within me. In this way, there is less fear of unmasking, and more love of the truth.

I'd invie you to share your story about masking/unmasking.

much love,
Prem Rawat my teacher, also called Maharaji showed me who I am. Without that how could I love someone I do not really know? So simple but not always so easy to grasp, for me anyway:

(from his website)

Maharaji opened his address by talking about human beings’ innate thirst for peace. “Even a long time ago,” he said, “when people wore their skin for clothes, you can imagine a man or a woman standing under the stars on a beautiful evening. And what do they ask? ‘Who am I? Why am I here?'
“Now, fast forward,” he continued. “Here we are. Cell phones. Airplanes. Television. Blu-Ray. High definition, low definition. More books than you can imagine. More religions and variations of religion than you can imagine. The Web, the information portal. And we still ask, 'Who am I? What am I? What am I doing here? What is the purpose of my life?'
I want to write more about my family dynamics later, however, in psychology, there is a theory that if a child does not have this unconditional lover while growing up, they usually do not have a well-developed conscience. The unloved child turns into the "sociopath", the "psychopath", the criminal, etc.
I know this requires a bit of discipline ,self mastery, using the tools of whatever path one's follows. I hold the hope that as many of us who choose are able to find intimacy with each other. If one has found a support network ,church , temple etc. or spiritual learning community in which non judgement is valued and practiced one knows that intimacy is a natural result.

It is awesome to have modelling and support to self heal one's emotional and psychological wounds, some genetic, that cause us harm to self or others, or to hide from the truth, or change who we are to seek approval, etc.

Thank u for listening. Please regard this as my perspective I am a fellow traveller on the return path home.
