Some people here were selling really good homemade nut milk at farmers markets. I think they had a special machine they made it in. It was about $5. something a bottle and came in a glass bottle with a deposit.

I forgot to mention my friend's half brother or step brother has bees he delivers to the central valley. Mark probably already has a bee connection but if not let me know.

Carol is very cool and I am dying to try her brother's honey sometime. She does a ton of work to try and keep Alaska in one piece and not cut up into Swiss Cheese.

The power stayed on but some roof singles blew off. I hope you and Mark and Chloe are doing okay in the storm? I went to yoga with a friend this a.m. and now I feel super good. I was catching a cold this morning but I listened to Dr. Amy and took extra D3. Long live Dr. Amy because I feel super good now!

Hope you are feeling okay too. I got a free Ayurvedic consult by chance with a classmate and she said digestion digestion digestion - do castor oil packs nightly.

Cool you went out to brunch. Those pancakes sound good. Oh the days when I could eat gluten are gone for now...

She said to use a castor oil pack nightly and fall asleep with it on the liver small and large intestine that whole area... she seems very into it and teaches too.

I need to learn to cast on so I can knit too. I might bug my landlady to cast on for me soon.... I have some yarn and I was making a scarf but it is too wide.

I need to go take some more D3 now. I just took twice my normal 1000 units this morning but plan to take more still.

600 people in the Bay Area with no power. Glad we both still have ours and yes I am most grateful for it!!!

I just realized my latest bottle of D3 is smaller doses then my last so I hardly took any.. duh silly me...

I loved my new acupuncturist/dentist/naturopath and the vega testing. I had a great day. Very high energy and the drive was beautiful. I got back just in time to change and run off to yoga class.
