Im very well thanks, India was great. Had my birthday out there which was alot of fun. I'm off to Sri Lanka in a couple of weeks. I'm doing a yoga tour out there and taking a few of my students..:-) Hows everything with you?

Wow you guys going every year?? No, hav'nt been back since :-( would love to but hav'nt the time just yet. I'm doing yoga holidays abroad throughout the year so most of my time flying out the county is related to that. We're flying to Sri Lanka soon and then arrange another one later in the year most probably Oct/ Nov. :-)

I would love to go back just dont have the time at mo, i speak to Amber sometimes. She keeps saying when i go back to let her know and she'l meet me there. It would be good to have the whole gang back together..:-)
