Hola Henning, Glad hear someone know my haunts so to speak. Still playing an little bit. Have really severe tendinitis in both shoulders and arms. Am looking into Shock wave treatment. I just turned 55 not too long ago and my body is starting to betray me.

Sitting on our lovely deck overlooking the Indian Ocean - at this point I'm only seeing lights from the ships outside the port but it is a truly beautiful, still tropical night. This is why I love Seychelless. I leave for Kerala (India) tomorrow to give my mind, body and soul some real love. Looking forwarding to bringing back an experience that will enhance our new spot here. Ayurveda here I come. Love makes the world go round, so keep it coming! Jenny x
