One day at a time—this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.
Hi Loretta,
Thus far, my clients have been comprised of the participants of my research. I recruited a course of students from a local high school (N = 77). The teenagers were mostly receptive, with the majority of them preferring the video interventions over the audio & in-person interventions. More research is needed, however, which I why I will be commencing follow-up studies at a local mental health clinic at the end of the summer.
Would you tell me a bit about your work? As a trained filmmaker and an aspiring psychotherapist, the use of cinematic interventions for therapeutic well-being just seems like an obvious connection...
Thank you for your comment!
Warmly,
Dan
. From what I've read your research indicates that it can be effective, but how receptive have your clients been to it?
