I am a Peace Activist teacher in the bay area. I have taught Spanish in a traditional settong but also in a language lab. If you really want to learn Spanish on your own from home I recommend Rosetta Stone. I don't work for the company I just used it in the high school where I taught. Even reluctant learners began to gain Spanish skills rapidly. It works. Teresa PS.
