Yeh, CR is a mere fragment of its former glory. The government has sold it down the tubes in my opinion. Still, there may be time to save the last vestiges of Osa's rainforest, if people will end their apathy. The new highway is being constructed on a sea turtle nesting beach. It's devastating.
