How about we list what ways we connect with Earth, people, animals...all life.... with the intention of healing ourselves and others and so that we can learn more of the many ways we can help.
Although I try to connect and spread positive energy in as many ways as possible (and always staying open to new ways) Much of my focus is on a project I have SoundsLikePeace.org that is reaching out in a number of directions one of which is a weekly music and focused intention gathering for Peace and another direction it is now also taking is an initiative to get trees planted.
Would everyone please share what you feel helps? It can be anything at all and it all can help so please share...
