More Than $56K Raised During Kroger Cancer Day

Great news from Kroger Cancer Day 2012.

Shoppers helped raise $56,262 back on October 10th. Kroger leaders are donating three-percent of all sales, that day to the American Cancer Society and to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.

Impoverished Youth Learn to Give Back

Fifteen-year-old Chengo Chewe from Lusaka, Zambia, has turned his life around through the Children International Youth Program. Raised in an extremely volatile community, he lost his father at a young age; few expected him to escape this terrible cycle of poverty and violence.
