Actually, I changed my legal name not that long ago (for many reasons) and Felia de Luna is now my legal name. 'Felia' is Latin for daughter and 'de Luna' is of the Moon. I'm glad you like it, thank you very much!
Blessings to you and yours!

Irene, as you write:

"I have traveled much of the world and found that the happiest people are generally in the poorest and most under developed countries of the world and the saddest often found in the Western world."

I would like to note that in being homeless myself at one time and now involved as spokesperson for the Hearts of Fire Project, that the same may be said of those who are homeless vs those that seem to "have it all" in terms of material things.

Sadly as we move into more "affluence," which is deemed to be "progressive," we seem to leave parts of our authentic self behind.

I am most interested in reading your book and finding what you have to say in this regard.

Again, with love and appreciation.

Irene, your book sounds marvelous and so appropriate for this time when i feel integration in all phases of our lives and lifestyles is appropriate.

My apologies for not leaving a comment sooner. But thanks for joining our Hearts of Fire group.

Irene thank you for becoming friends. Your trilogy of books sound very interesting. I am also writing a book: "The Sacred Quest for the Who of I Am" which is based in the biology of human consciousness, but will also explore the ramifications of culture as applied in religion and how these ideologies play out in our social systems. What is most interesting to me is how we are connected to the rest of the Universe through the heart from a science-based perspective, and the role the heart plays in creating body coherence and emotional stability. So, let us explore what we have in common here.

with love and appreciation.

People usually consider walking on water or on thin air a miracle.
But I think the real miracle
is not to walk either on water or in thin air,
but to walk on earth.

Every day we are engaged in a miracle
which we don't even recognize:
a blue sky,
white clouds,
green leaves,
the black, curious eyes of a child --
our own two eyes.

All is a miracle.
