This is done through a loose schedule, designed with the individual participants in mind and intuitively planned to support your spiritual process and includes meditation, yoga, healing work, free time and introduction to new modalities.

It is also a high energy center of the planet and also holds the energy of indigenous American Indian nations, the largest of which is the Navajo Nation, followed by Hopi, Ute and Zuni Indian nations.
