Please join me in meditation for harmony.
Find the place where we feel comfortable and let ourselves be free. Take the position, that suits well and feels good. Feel free with the thoughts, until they're not disturbing anymore. Feel the love inside, feel the love for everyone we care. Feel the love for everybody. Feel the love for everything. Bring the feeling of the harmony to the presence. Feel the absolute harmony the how it has been on this planet and how it will gonna be in the future, when everything is being restored again. Bring these feelings to the present moment and stay in it. When getting some visions, feel free to see them and accept, the way they are. Get the visions connected with the presence in today.
When feeling the total harmony, we can send it to where it is needed the most. We can also heal our souls with it. Remove all of the painful feelings of our past. The memories of the past can get even clearer, but the pain will go. We can forgive everyone that has ever caused the pain and for letting ourselves to feel painful. Feel the harmony of the past, the future and the presence of our own lives as one. Feel the harmony with everything.
It can be done at some particular time of the day, if suited for you. You can suggest what the time could be to do that. It is the way to get it much more powerful - two people together is for example much more than two individually. I like to meditate before the sleeping or right after the waking up, as the mind is more open to let go the thoughts. In Estonia we have been meditating as a group at 11 pm for example, as the most of the people have finished the things for the day for that time. Of course it can be anytime you want, or choose. Take it as just the idea to think about.

There's something new, that I've tried to develop lately. My friend Desmond is who has inspired me for it. The fact is that my breathing has already developed the what it is now, it has just changed naturally, I did nothing to achieve it. Then I tried to think of what more can I develop from it, from as it already is? How to learn something that I already use? As I have kept the awareness for about a year already, it already is impossible not to notice the how I breathe as well. How to get more out of it?
Now I've found one more way of breathing out of it. When breathing in I point the focus to smaller, to inside of everything and inside of the body as well, the micro-cosmos inside of us. When breathing out I focus for the greater, for the whole world, for outer cosmos... At this time when the breathing is being stopped (that is naturally, I'm not "doing anything" for to get it), I keep the focus on both directions and the zero-point. Before I kept the focus all the time at both directions. Now it allows to concentrate more easily on some point inside or out. But I really needed some reason for concentrating on breathing as well... So now I'm sending the harmony from the center point to greater and to smaller, so that's how I found the reason for doing it at all. And as I see, it works very well..! The Desmond just left the comment on my page after I focused on my breathing. So what I want to say with all of it, is that there's always some area undiscovered, when being open for more.
