Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

This is mostly based on improving the bloodstream by directing it to the different parts of the body. But it does much more than the benefit for the health, it also creates the strong connection between the physical and the spiritual levels.
Here's how to do it. First of all it still needs to get deeper and to let go excess thoughts. For that whatever method we feel best suitable for us can be used. Then it should be laid down and totally relax the full body. It is better not to use the pillow under the head. When feeling completely relaxed we can start with directing the stronger blood circulation to one particular part of the body. It can be started with one arm for example. It needs the concentration until feeling some prickling like when sitting too much on one leg and then when it is released. Then to do the same with another arm, then with legs and so on. It can be taking quite a long time if there has been some injury or if having had some operation before. When feeling some pain, it appoints to the blocking, that can be removed by "going inside" of the place where we're feeling the pain and to open the energy there. It can be imagined as the energy or light rays going out to all directions. For sure to go on until feeling the full circulation of the blood in the part of the body we're working with.
When practiced every day, this exercise becomes more and more easy and it improves the health and gives more energy to our lives. It can be developed further until sending more oxygen to brain cells, healing the wounds faster and also to feel more connected to the spiritual levels in our daily lives. I've had big spine and knee injury before and I'm still learning these methods too. Sometimes it still needs the time to get it work, but the benefit it has is so much worth it.

Yes Silja,
This is a truly effective and wonderful method you have for bringing more love and joy into our lives. This is a skill which is very much like our conscious deep breathing practice. The more we use it the more effective it becomes. With practice also comes perfection and the confidence brought about by experience. It comes together so well as we combine every thing with our breathing practice. It is becoming clearer and clearer that our lives and the quality of our existence is fully determined by our willingness to develop these kinds self-management skills and including them with paying attention to our breath. We are certainly on the path of experience which guarantees success with our practices.
Lots of love and joy one conscious deep breath a time.
Thank you.
I am doing Tibetan chanting to help open the chakras, plus the double toning of the voice in the O Ah Hum chanting, which really sends vibration down my spine. I find a lot of mucous coming up into my throat about 1\2 way through, and feel this may be a good sign. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Hedda,
Tibetan chanting is not exactly what I've practiced, but I've used the voice for healing as well. I do have deep respect for the traditions that they have, it is really deep. I've read the books about and the only mantra that I use sometimes comes from Tibet also. But about the voice practice now. I use mainly the vowels to sing on them and make the energy patterns with changing the tone and making different frequencies. Sometimes i imitate the nature sounds also. I just fallow the inner feeling and trust what it says. In fact I find it to be really effective to use the different tones of the voice for opening the blocking inside of the chakra system. But I don't have the answer to your question about this mucous thing, I guess you can rely on what you feel deep inside about it. I've had something similar when just practiced singing. I guess the voice needs the warming up sometimes. As everything is related, it is never " just the physical body" neither "just the spiritual thing" and the results are depending on how much deep energy we do put in it.
Hopefully someone has really practiced exactly the Tibetan chanting and give you a better answer than I did. With love, Silja

Thank your for your thoughtful reply, and I am learning to listen to myself much more now. I know that mucous is the sign of excessive medications and inappropriate food consumption, at least for me, and this means that etheric mucous must also be addressed, which I am now doing. The chanting I do is definitely healing my body. I can feel it lessening my allergies and chemical sensitivities, and it also brings up emotional issues that must be addressed. I am so grateful to be able to do this.
How does one know if the base chakra is really open and clear? Same question for the merkabahs? I appreciate any help with these questions!
Yes, the eating and what we eat has a great significance! That is why it is so vital to grow at least some food by ourselves and with the whole spiritual attitude behind it. These plants carry much more different energetic information that those planted on mainly chemicals and in industrialized way. Also how we eat and what we think and feel when eating has great influence on the health and well-being. The problems with the body reveals that there is also blocking in energetic level. I prefer the vegan food and being as much connected with the nature as it is possible. Everything is connected. Just learn to trust yourself without the excuses. We, the humans have the great power and that is our inner feeling. Give the total respect to who you are and the where you are. Let your beautiful inner love shine all around you! Thank you.

I really loved the Melchizedek's book " Living in the Heart". I've read some Sherwood's book about the chackra healing, but it's not something 100 % for me, but I've used some methods that were described there. Working with the colored light helped me a lot. I guess you can rely on you inner feeling and also get connected with someone, who has achieved these levels and can assist with working with the energies. Just be careful with finding one!
