Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

This is how I meditate. I get in a comfortable position and close my eyes. I breath deeply, tensing my stomach muscles when I breath in, relaxing my stomach muscles when breathing out. I squeeze my hands alternately in tune with my breathing, squeezing one hand when breathing in and squeeze the other hand when breathing out. Sometimes this squeezing only involves the thumb and one finger. I also move my feet a little alternately in tune with my breathing, The movements of the feet and hands puts more of ones whole body into the meditation giving it more of a whole body type mind-body emphasis.

I focus on what ever emotions are affecting me(even the difficult or uncomfortable ones) while doing meditating, so as to be able to handle these emotions better and to also affect those that I may be picking up feeling from in a positive way. I believe all of the diversity of feelings and emotions that exist in this world can be directed in a positive(constructive) way provided we are able to handle them well.

I also believe that we can keep our spiritual energy positive and affect those we connect with psychically with this positive energy. Meditation, mind-body exercises, a strict healthy diet with nutritional supplements if needed, and have positive(constructive) beliefs that work effectively in this reality, can help one to keep one energy positive even when one is put under a lot of pressure or faces a lot of negative(destructive) energy spiritually..
