How do you help the abused women. that has been abused for 13 years of the life?
I hope you can give me some answers to the abuse of my life and my whole life as a child also?
This is my photo in my Las Vegas years. I was arm candy for so many celbertys. How can you get over all that?

Thank you , I have gone to see a Dr and she helped a lot but i cant go any moor my Inc will only cover just a small amount? But I have saw my self as a small child trying to see her is hard because of all the abuse that my step dad did to me. I am a servivor and I will never give give up on getting the word out to many people as I can . My book is such a healing thing for me it is my true life story and that is what happend to me throughout my life. And I survived I was almost killed many times back in the day. . I will tell you life sometimes seems so crazy that it is hard to keep my self together. But I am a strong women and I will never give up on my dream to get the laws changed here in America to the way they have it in Sweden they arrest the pimp and the Johns for you can not buy a women or girl for prostitutio or you go to jail.. YAAAAAAA that is the way it should be here in our country.I will keep my own little war againest those sick B! untell I get anoff women to go to Washington D.C. and get the law changed we need to help the girl or women they are all brain washed to the max. Regrettably it's in dutch, not easy to explain, because you have to see these techniques too, I have to wait first for my own appartment and as soon I'm settled I start with translating and hope to find a way to place it on video eith audeo, so I can learn others people who are abused, having emotional blockades, trauma's or a PTSD to learn this and how the can treat theirselves. Hope when it's finished that you will learn how to treat yourself with this and it helps because you're work with the subconscious mind. Part of the healing begins with the desire for the healing. I have had clients that have gone through some really serious abuse that have moved on to live happy well balanced lives. One of the keys is to view it differently - who you are now is not who you were then; the situation or situations can be viewed from a more detatched perspective like it was something that happened and it is over. In some cases if the individual can get to the growth from the circumstance by finding the strength they somehow gained from it, indifference to the abuse begins and the horror and bad memories no longer controls them. A big factor in all of this is being in the present because it truly is a gift! I wish peace, healing, and great joy for you.

The statistics are staggering ... 8 out of 10 for females & 6 out of 10 males will experience some form of sexual abuse in their lifetime!

Dear one, you ARE doing exactly what is excellent for your own healing & helping other victums to heal as well!

I feel as if my divine destiny is to be a philanthropist & missionary as such to selflessly help others on many levels.
Thus I have experienced quite a wide gamet of both amazingly wonderful & extremely traumatic human experiences in this lifetime & other lifetimes.
These experiences have given me the 1st hand insight, wisdom , & compassion to be able to help others. Therefore, I see them as gifts & evolutionary growth experiences ... instead of solely excruciatingly crippling tramas & dramas.

Yes, I have been greatly affected by these experiences of childhood sexual molestation & rape, adult rape, & abusive & unwell/ controlling relationships etc.

Back when we were children , there wasn't the societal or legal support in place to become educated or seek help.
The adult caregivers? were living in denial!
Tracy Chapman, Pat Banetar, Natlalie Merchant & others sung of hopeless situations they witnessed but at the time felt powerless to intercede for those suffering around them.

Not until the 1980's did very brave high profile women & men start speaking publicly about their own abuse or the abuse of others.
Not until OJ Simpson MURDERED his wife & her lover did ... years later domestic violence laws begin to be put in place!

Healing IS a process!.... In fact I'm still struggling with overcoming the residual results of PTSD etc. .... but I keep plugging along knowing that I can connect with others to help them w/ their past experiences &/or step in to help them turn the nessary corners to escape from current abusive & controlling situations....
So like you ... by continuously working on overcoming the PTSD of those experiences & simultaneously knowing that you are helping others by your outreach ...publicly expressing your forthcoming testimony.
Sharing camradery , validation, compassion, unconditional love, encouraging others to drop the guilt & self blame that this can happen to anyone .... rich, poor , educated, uneducated, ... to seek help, turn the corners of becoming re-empowered & realize it's best to stop while you're behind if you can't stop while your ahead ...
take action & remove oneself & children from a dangerous situation asap., brush off & start over again.

Then dutifully in turn paying it forward by reaching out to help others in need of an extended helping hand, leg-up & some unconditional love & compassion.

This will replace the vicious cycle of unconscious abusive behavior ~~~> with an evolutionary loving cycle of non-judgmental , mindful healing pattern of kindness with ourselves & others.

We ARE the Architects of a New Dawn! ... Changing the World one person at a time as well as on a mass level!
The Soles /Souls of our Feet ARE Where the Heavens Meet the Earth!

Their are many books & support groups which can be helpful to oneself & those in need of assistance.

And therefore to have boundaries and say no to deleting certain people in their area becomes difficult for them. I know that it helps them to go back to the scene of the crime, but with some medicine, western medicine, holistic and a safe environment it is very possible for a great jump start to a "normal" life.

It has been my experience that forgiveness breaks the chains we have created when we live through abuse. I am a survivor of child abuse and abusive relationships. The biggest key was to learn that I was not to blame. I could forgive myself and the abuser. Many people have asked me how can I forgive someone that has hurt me. The old statement forgive and forget does not hold true. Forgiveness does not mean you forget. It creates freedom for you to learn and grow and move forward in life. I have also found that for me past life regression was a great benefit. The multilevel awareness technique allowed me to see issues that have carried over as karma and let me process that infomation to heal. I am going to post an exercise that will help with forgiveness work
