ENERGIZE WITH WATER

Spend some time near water, such as a lake, river, or the ocean.

This will recharge and energize you. Drink plenty of fresh clean or filtered water. as this too will recharge and energize you. Water offers wonderful cleansing benefits, outside and inside of your beautiful physical vessels, which are made up of mostly water. Water is a conductor and allows for the angels to connect with the humans in a stronger way, it amplifies our messages.

Surround yourself with positive people and situations, avoid negativity. Water can wash away sadness, pain, and the energy of others. Engage in purification meditations involving water often, whether it is a soaking in a bath filled with sea salts and special oils and candle light, or a swim in a freshwater stream, you're sure to feel the difference that water makes in your life.
