That is a great way to explain it, Edel...that our cells take their signal from our beliefs.  That is why, I feel, it is so important to follow your intuition, and immediately move out of a situation which makes you feel bad, uncomfortable, or which you know is pulling you down into a lower frequency.  It seems it is much easier to move into a higher frequency than to maintain it consistently in this dense 3d world.  I love to listen to beautiful, high-frequency music at home.  That seems to transmute any negative energy from the day very quickly!   :)

You are most welcome Colleen! It is because many people are not aware our cells take their signal from our beliefs, this is transmitted through the body and determines our frequency. Energy will always attract back the same frequency in experiences and opportunities. The corrolates directly with our emotional scale; anxiety, worry, stress and anger all come from low self worth and this equates to low frequency. Expectation, creativity, happiness are when you value and honour your worth, this equates to high frequency. 

So what I do is teach people how to move into and maintain high frequency, which allows all the good stuff in! :)

This is such a wonderful insight!  The only times I have ever been sidetracked is when I did not follow my intuition.  If everyone would go inside and follow the feelings of possibility, creativity or excitement, everything would change in a very positive way.  I have been feeling this way...stuck...knowing exactly the reason...and after closing tuning in to a new opportunity, and checking it out, all of a sudden I feel alive and thrilled with excitement and joy and possibilities.
