The Way I Became a Professional 


 Psychic Angel Reader

I started doing professional Psychic Readings fifteen years ago and from the first day I started, I've been very successful.  In the beginning I was very surprised because I didn't recognize that people would respond so positively and so quickly. At that time, I didn't even have a business card, but the fact that I was doing Psychic Angel Readings came up in conversations with people when they asked me what I'd been doing lately. So when I mentioned that I am a Clairvoyant and that I do Psychic Angel Readings, surprisingly, almost everyone I mentioned this to told me they wanted an appointment with me as soon as possible.  I was shocked.  I would have thought that they would give me a strange look and walk away, but instead, I found out that people apparently saw something in me they felt they could relate to.

That was the first time in my life I started to recognize that people really liked and believed in me and that they felt there was something about me that could really be helpful to them.  Due to negative experiences prior to that, this great receptivity from so many people consistently was something I hadn't even considered, let alone expected.

 

But people did respond...so I made some business cards and started handing them out to people wherever I went.  And everywhere I went, it was the same thing.  People would look at the card, seem delighted, look back at me and tell me that they had the feeling I was really good at what I do, and that they had the feeling I could help them.

And from that time forward, I've always had clients coming to me regularly to have readings.  And afterwards, they've told me how happy they were with what they learned during their readings and that the readings they had changed their lives for the better.

indicating a huge amount of satisfaction.  And this is the kind of comment that has spurned me on:

From the beginning, people have always come to me in impressive numbers, and many of them tell their friends and relatives to call me as well. So things were hopping for me as soon as I started handing out my card.  And I think it may have continued in this way as long as I wanted to share in this fashion, but then something happened.  One day, in needing to find a present for a friend, I went to a wonderful metaphysical bookstore in Bellevue, Washington...and as I browsed the store, I suddenly felt an Angel nudge me to  ask the storekeeper if they had Psychic Readers at her store and if so, could I apply?


Even though I'd been doing Psychic Readings for friends and relatives for many years, prior to that moment, I had never considered applying in a store to be a professional Psychic Angel Reader.  The very fact that I asked the question was a surprise to me...The lady watching the store at the time was Pam.

Her answer was, "Yes we do".  Then she asked me if I was a Psychic, and listened to my response.  

My answer was, "Yes.  I do Angel Readings.

She said, "Angel Reader?  Ohhh... sounds exciting! I've never heard of that before.  Would you be willing to write up a resume describing exactly what you do and what experience you've had so Tess and I can look it over and get back to you?"

Encouraged by her apparent enthusiasm about the concept of having an "Angel Reader"  at Stargazers, I answered, "Sure! When do you need it?"

"Well", she said, "Tess is giving a talk on Voice Dialogue next Friday night starting at 7PM, and you could bring it then and stay for the program.  How does that sound?"

"Of course", I said, "Yes.  Absolutely.  I'll write it up and have it for you by Friday night."

 

One of the reasons Pam was so interested in me was because at that time, there were no Angel Readers that I know of in existence.  It was a new concept. 

A few days later, I went to the presentation--resume in hand.

I saw Pam as soon as I walked into the store.  She was behind the counter greeting people, and when she saw me she told me where to put my resume, then encouraged me to go to the back of the store to watch the presentation.   That evening, the store's proprietor, Tess gave the presentation.  Her topic was Voice Dialogue, something I knew nothing about.

Sometimes major things happen in one's life when they least expect it and this night, when I started out by handing in my resume to become the first Psychic Angel Reader, and then traveled to the back of the store and sat down to watch the presentation, something very big happened to me.  That evening changed my life.

Voice Dialogue is a simple yet effective technique in which the facilitator guides the participant to explore their different personality parts, which then provides the key to helping the participant understand themselves on a deeper level, and helps them quickly overcome problems that have been bothering them.

I used to be shy in those days, so  when Tess asked for a volunteer to come up on stage and my hand almost involuntarily shot up, I was very surprised about the hand shooting up, because I was typically not at all  comfortable with going up on stage.  In fact, it was the kind of thing I would never have imagined myself doing before. Yet it happened, and immediately, Tess chose me to be the volunteer for her demonstration.


But, when she called me up, despite my shyness, I stood up, walked to the front of the room, and as directed by Tess, sat in a chair in front of everyone. At that point, she took me through a series of simple exercises that quickly and permanently changed my perspective on my life, my self, and the way I had previously been conducting my life--allowing others to control me.  


Since Tess didn't know me at the time, I'm sure she had no idea whatever of the potential outcome of the demonstration, but what happened that night was amazing.  I realized I'd been giving my personal power away to my (then) husband, and that he had been unfairly and unjustly taking advantage of me and treating me badly. For this reason, I was very unhappy.


One week later, I left my marriage.  This is something I should have done years before, but ironically, it took Tess's help and the Voice Dialogue form of hypnosis to finally wake me up and cause me to realize I had the right to get out and start my life anew.  I had the right to be happy.


So one week after that event, I took my kids and moved in with a friend. However, due to the intensity of the situation, I totally forgot about my application to work at the metaphysical bookstore as an in-house Psychic Reader.  It completely slipped my mind.


Then, one evening I received a phone call from Pam, who had diligently worked to track me down since my phone number had changed.  But because she was so impressed by my credentials as stated on my resume, she worked hard to find me, with the result that she got my new phone number at my friend's house, and called me there.  


Pam then asked me if I'd be willing to come to the metaphysical bookstore and give her a "test drive"  demonstration of my Psychic Reading skills.


I agreed and booked the appointment.  When the appointment occurred and I gave her a Psychic Angel Reading, the accuracy of the information coupled with the emotions the information brought up in her caused Pam to cry.  She wept because, not only was my reading completely accurate, (as she stated), but it also touched her very deeply.

That was the beginning.  Pam agreed to bring me in as an in-house Psychic Reader, and the first time I was to start was in August, 1996--one year after I had started to do Professional Psychic Angel Readings initially.  What happened next was amazing...
