Why is it when people see movies and get caught up in the thrill of adventure and seeing the hero or heroine triumph in the end, they come away feeling uplifted? Or when they hear a music concert, hearing the music blasting, the empowerment of the songs and come out walking on air?
It is because for that brief time you connect with your energy. You assimilate your own desires and passions, now this may not be to hurl yourself off a cliff and navigate a hair pin bend car chase…although it might be!
It is those few moments when you let yourself go, become totally absorbed by the movie or music you ignore the mind chatter, the lack of self belief or low self esteem. For those few moments…you are right here right now!

This exhilaration is how you should be feeling every day and there is no reason for that not to be happening. When you believe in your passions and desires, living and breathing them as if they were here already brings you naturally into higher frequency.
Taking charge of your life is all about owning it, forgetting the conditioning that says it is wrong to aspire to greatness, that it is improper to desire luxury and wealth. Rubbish! If having luxury and wealth is an expression of your abundance, bring it on!
When you begin to understand energetic communication, you realise there is no lack, lack is contraction and energy is all about expansion; abundance is expansion and energy is limitless in providing abundance.
