Most of us wear masks in front of others. We do this because we are worried about how our true feelings will be received or if we will be accepted for who we really are. The problem with these masks is that if we do not set them aside, the beautiful individuality behind them slowly fades and we become the face we show to others. Remember that the person whose acceptance you really need to be happy is the one who looks back at you in the mirror.
