Architects of a New Dawn

We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.

You have heard the phrase ‘If you keep getting stressed you are going to make yourself ill!’ well there is a very physiologic reason this is actually correct!

What astounds me, is that so many people have no real understanding of why stress is caused in the first place, what the early signs of stress are or how to deal with symptoms of stress. Let me explain what has now been scientifically verified as the conditions that naturally move you to the emotions of stress.

Much research has been done on understanding the body frequencies, we can go back to the 1920s and the pioneering work of Dr Royal Raymond Rife, who created one of the first frequency monitoring machines and went on the cure (yes, I did say cure) 1,000 patients of cancer by altering the frequency in their body.

We have seen an evolvment in this with the works of such revered scientist such as Dr Konstantine Korotkov Dr Bill TillerDr Ann BaldwinDr Melinda ConnorDr Joe Despenza and Dr Bruce Lipton, all of whom have redefined the way we understand the energetic workings of the physical body.

It is widely understood now that a healthy body resonates at 76Hz to 83Hz, where as colds, flu and illness begin when the body frequency drops to between 57Hz and 60Hz. Here immune cells become insensitive to cortisol’s regulatory effect and in turn runaway inflammation is thought to promote the development and progression of many diseases. The common cold symptoms are not caused by the virus. They are instead a side effect of the inflammatory response that is triggered as part of the body’s effort to fight infection. The greater the body’s inflammatory response to the virus, the greater is the likelihood of experiencing the symptoms of a cold.

In the frequency of 42Hz we find the initiation of cancer in cells. So stress compromises the body’s ability to regulate inflammation which can lead to the development and progression of disease.

So it is essential that you understand where your body frequency is, in any given situation or experience and there is a really easy way to do this…look at how you feel.
Your emotions are a direct indicator of your resonating frequency, here is an example:

Low frequency emotions:
Anxiety
Worry
Jealousy
Paranoia
Stress
Anger

High frequency emotions:

Creativity
Expectation
Confidence
Happiness
Calmness
Unconditional love

Fundamentally in the treatment of stress, comes down to dealing with the generated emotions and this comes back to changing your belief system. It is verified that your cells take there signal from your beliefs, this activates the by product  of thought which then begin to create new neural pathways in the brain. This then determines the frequency you resonate out and what is equally important, is you project out the holographic perception of your beliefs, creating the transmutation of energy at the same frequency into experiences and opportunities.

From resonating low frequency through stress, you are actually creating experiences that provide you with more reason to be stressed! Once you begin to do the work on moving into higher frequencies is when you will begin to see the changes in your external experiences. Learning to live in the high frequency emotions is the cornerstone of change and this all begins with your beliefs.
