Psychologists say that road rage occurs because drivers go on the road expecting to have a smooth ride. But that is rarely the reality. There will be hold ups and other drivers who are not perfect. If we venture onto
the roads expecting obstacles on our drive (which is the reality), we will not have road rage. Road rage
occurs through a driver not accepting reality.
Similarly, life is never going to turn out exactly how we want it to... so we must expect that, and meet the
unplanned challenges and setbacks as part of the journey to our goal. Expect to have obstacles on the way and we will be prepared and will not suffer life rage, which is anxiety, depression, anger, or defeat
