Procrastination is energy's way of showing you are out of alignment with your core vision and values. When you are fully living in the moment and doing so from living your passion, there is natural eloquent flow, so when you are faced with a task, decision or opportunity that does not 'flow', energetically that is not on your frequency. When this happens it gives one the time to 'step back' and observe where the resistance is coming form.

Indeed though, only when you have learned to fully love yourself and embrace your valuable worth, will the confidence come to 'step up' to aligning opportunities and experiences. :)

Comment by Steve H on July 1, 2012 at 2:27am: That's a good video, thanks for sharing and you're right about so much having to do with one's values, etc. Do you feel some procrastination can come from fear of failure or even fear of success so someone may put off doing something because of that fear?
