The other day... I heard a local news-reporter state on the evening news....not long after mentioning it here...... that state lotteries are questionable, as to how they fund the local public school systems. The reporter even commented, that the money was mostly spent on promotion and award-ceremonies, and only a small percentage went for public education. Yeah! That's what I'm feel'n.
