I wake up every morning grateful to be alive, to have friends, family, and nature surrounding me. I am also so happy to have all you beautiful beings around me sharing your thoughts. We are truly blessed.

Love and light to you all and enjoy the moment!

It fills my heart with joy to see you have set aside your suffering. Your strength and balance is an inspiration. I see courage in your stubborness and take away hope from your story. Thank you.
Love, Erin

There are only two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle.
Albert Einstein

I am gratefully celebrating one of the biggest miracles in my life: a return to wellness. I have had numerous physical challenges that include chronic pain, scoliosis, herniated discs, chemical sensitivity, a repetitively dislocating knee, and a severe repetitive strain injury that disabled me and kept me from doing things I dearly loved for years. These issues are what motivated me to learn about energy medicine and alternative healing modalities because traditional medicine offered me little relief or hope. Today, as the result of persistence (AKA stubbornness, a family trait) and the support of several skilled practitioners, I am able to walk without fear or pain, ride horses, knit, fly in planes, travel, dance, and do so many things that were once lost to me. Everyday I find myself in gratitude for this miracle of restoring to me things that I had once taken for granted. Today, I walk in gratitude and everything is a miracle.

I am thankful for once again an awesome yoga class this morning and an awesome yoga teacher who knows how to crank open hearts. I am grateful for the incredible warm sunny weather today and I am grateful to myself for getting myself to yoga this morning even if I was late.

I am grateful to all of you and for a place to be grateful. I am continually grateful to for the beauty outside my window and the animals in my life.

Mother Nature is the best!!!!

I'm thankful for Marinspin at first. You made me to feel spirit of real human.
"Gratitude..." Sometimes I used to forget that how can I came to here. I can't image without family, friends, good business partners..but I had been never expressed gratitude for them well.
From now,,,I will try to express gratitude more. Thank you indeed. (^_^)/

I am thankful for my yoga classes my yoga teachers and the sun and the beautiful nature that surrounds me and the owl I sometimes see and hear around here and of course my friends and the wonderful member of this website and the wonderful animal friends in my life as well. Seeing my landlord's cat and dog waiting outside my sliding glass door for me when I wake up in the morning always makes me smile and feel thankful for the furry friends in my life. They have such nice loving personalities.

Marinspin.......If I had the time and the money, traveling is probably all I would do. I live to take photographs. ( someday I'll put some up on the site ) Tours, however are right out! I like to assimilate as much as I can with the regular folk wherever I go, so I never move with a crowd. We had the best time visiting some rural out of the way villages in the north of England years ago. I gave a few children there some Ameridcan money, a dollar and some coins each. They were absolutely thrilled. It was so much fun.....and I did get some petty good shots too! Check out Burgh Castle in Norfolk, East Anglia. It's the remains of a Roman fort, dating back to about 200AD. It's in remarkably good condition. People still find Roman coins there sometimes.

Bill I think you should keep traveling on your own or with a tour. I have traveled all over the world by myself. It is a good way to meet people.

I know a Czech man who was living in Texas. I met him when he was living in Buenos Aires. It is such a small world at times I wonder if he was married to your friend? I knew many of his relatives too. His brother still lives in N. Calif. I remember his parents from when I was very small because they would bring me white chocolate from their travels. A big thing in a little kids mind.
