Clint, have you imagined the how much I've already learned from you? How? You just keep asking me the what I've been doing for the whole day. The fact is that I simply can't lie about it. So I have to keep it in the way, that I would have something to tell...
Thank you so much! You're a true blessing!
Thank-you for the wonderful meditation for children of all ages, 0-99.

Creative visualization meditation was a wonderful tool for my 7yo grandson following his Type 1 diabetes diagnosis. His fear of needles and routine insulin injections were at odds in his consciousness. Creative visualization meditation enabled his rise above the fear and assisted him in directing his mental energy.
Clint, thank you for asking about the video.
Yes, this video is really awesome. In fact I've been using the visualizing meditation as a child, too. I imagined the sea with the big waves, jumping on them and letting to carry. I did it until it felt completely real. But these waves in Baltic Sea are not "so big" as on the Mediterranean Sea or the ocean, :-) (When I was diving into those bigger waves, sometimes they did hit so strong that it stopped the breathing for a minute.) I also visualized the warm ocean as a child. Just tried to imagine, the how it would look like, I never had been there as a child. But I was reading about it from the book. The first time I saw the sea, was also, when going to school already. That is crazy, as the sea is really close, just some seven kilometers is the closest place. But as I already said, the video is wonderful. So, if you have chosen some more to upload here, I'd be truly glad about it. I deeply trust that you're making the great choices. In fact the meditation can really help with the studies as well. It can take away the fear for the test, for the competition or whatever. You can just use this deeply relaxed feeling that you get by meditating in any time that you need it just by imagining it. So, that is some practical use of it to share with your friends.
Thank you.
This is lovely. Such a lost part of parenting but making a comeback mm? In some cultures, children are allowed to "meditate" just by the way they are allowed to spend their day. They live on these beaches, in these jungles and woods, they don't have to imagine it. For those children who don't have that, how nice that we can help them have the same feeling anyway.
