Bad laws can be disposed of with the right people in office. The people vote but the people who don't vote is the reason behind who is getting into power. When one person doesn't vote because they think it won't make any difference they fail to realize that it's precisely the reason things don't change for the better world. 150 million non voters hold the key to change if we can convince them of the fact.
