Comment by Sunhee Park on July 28, 2009 at 9:48am: I am leaving for Florida on Thursday and will not be around for almost a week. Will try and stop in here thru wireless on my labtop. Viv, and Rosa and Wansfell, I know you guys will do a great job while I'm gone. I will meditate daily tho, and will give you all this piece of advice.

We are going to be going through so many changes, the world is changing and we are all physically going to be challenged. I am emphasizing the immune system and bronchial area to strengthen and Vitamin B shots for those who get headaches, and aches in general. I also feel that eating healthy with less chemicals is going to fine tune your abilities and gifts even more and to cook more at home. We all have so much love to give and starting with ourselves first, and not give too much to everyone else first is being self loving

I hope everyone has a fabulous week, and Ive received more testimonials in my inbox and Im so happy with tears that this group is working magic, and spreading the healing vibes everywhere!!!
