Lynn, we have places in our hearts that do not yet exist, and into it enters a pain that is beyond description so that it may have existence. You, me, most real people. Jack

OK, I understand your feelings concerning people in your past and I respect that and I will not contact you again. Please bear in mind that I have been through a lot in my life and some of it was pretty ugly indeed. Karen and I are not do gooders but we care about really good and decent people and we believe you are. Yes there are stories that no one can say that what happened is fact. I don't really know but no matter; I knew you when you were sweet, kind, and a wonderful young person. I know you still are the same person I knew then and would like very much to know again. I get the feeling you are not going to allow yourself any chance of pain, or uneasiness. I am the same person who took you by the hand and keep you from being embarrassed by what was going on at the baseball field. I should have told more but at that age experience was in short supply. Frankly your past is your business and this not the place to get into it and I don't really want to get into it. You owe apologizes to no one and certainly not to me. I am here and if you ever need someone to talk to or just blow off steam it's OK with me. To me you will always be very special,,, always, Jack

There is a parable about a poor man walking through the woods reflecting upon his many troubles. He stopped to rest against a tree, a magical tree that would instantly grant the wishes of anyone who came in contact with it. He realized he was thirsty and wished for a drink. Instantly a cup of water was in his hand. Shocked, he looked at the water, decided it was safe and drank it. He then realized he was hungry and wished he had something to eat. A meal appeared before him. "My wishes are being granted," he thought in disbelief. "Well, then I wish for a beautiful home of my own," he said out loud. The home appeared in the meadow before him. A huge smile crossed his face as he wished for servants to take care of the house. When they appeared he realized he had somehow been blessed with an incredible power and he wished for a beautiful, loving, intelligent woman to share his good fortune.
"Wait a minute, this is ridiculous," said the man to the woman. "I'm not this lucky. This can't happen to me." As he spoke everything disappeared. He shook his head and said, "I knew it," then walked away thinking about his many troubles.
Thoughts are things and they create your reality.
