Patricia Cota-Robles' latest message,
This Is Our Moment! brought a smile to my face, as I've been living my light in service for many years with a dwindling bank balance, doing my best to live the trust frequency I've written about (most recently in my March
What Shines newsletter), in my
Health, Wealth… Continue

Simply put, still your mind while letting go of everything that concerns you, and at the same time look around you at things in a simple way.
Now for the fuller version. The steps should open up your child awareness, which is a hairs width away from mystical or transcendent awareness.
You have to still your mind of thoughts. Then you have to mentally let go of everything.... this can be in words but better if you can just kind if feel it. Go through all the things that are…

I think it's kind of funny, really. I am a member of a lot of on-line communities and, until today, one of them was the AARP website. Today I tried to login to that one and it says that my account has been suspended for posting something that is against their policy.
Now, the only things I post anywhere are messages about my environmental program. And the AARP community is supposed to be a place to share ideas about what we are doing in our "retirement" years.
Maybe they…

I have one little ceramic and iron table in my house that I keep empty. I use it most every day to hold a cup of tea or to rest a book. I make sure that nothing comes to stay on this table for more than a brief period because it symbolizes open space and receptivity; it represents having room for something new in my life.
The tendency to stay overly busy, or to fill the surface of every table and counter leaves little room to receive new input. And it often reflects a repetitive…

I am heading to Waiheke Island, New Zealand, a 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland. NZ it turns out is the 4th safest country in the world and certainly one of the most beautiful. And, the dollar buys you properties at a 50% discount at the moment.
There on Waiheke lives a friend, Calude Lewenz who has written a brilliant book on how to develop vibrant communities. His video can be seen at the link below. What you will view is a presentation he made in Australia to Thought Leaders who…

I'm not all talk -
Yesterday afternoon I surrendered all "control" and accepted that I was "done".

TREASURE HUNT
By Mary Cook, M.A., R.A.S.
Our thoughts, feelings, images and actions determine the quality of our life more than external circumstances. The effort and time we spend trying to change our outward life, would be better spent on monitoring and transforming our inner world. The most effective means to improve our future, is to pay attention to the present moment with appreciation and positive energy.
If we have unhealed chronic…

CPR* for the Planet ~ Conservation, Preservation, Restoration
Image this scenario. You are walking down the road and you see a man, lying on the ground, gasping his last breath. Do you:
1) Pass him by
2) Stand around and discuss how he got in that predicament
3) Immediately jump in and try to help
4) Commit to educate yourself so that you can better handle the situation if it occurs again
Well, our planet is…

My dream is to create ways for the public schools to make money and help their community...I am working with Bruce Hill, head chef of BIX restaurant in San Francisco, and PICCO in Marin County to develop a program whereby the high schools in Acalanes District in Contra Costa Co, create a restaurant which serves great food at a good price. By linking efforts with DVCollege and others, the students will have a place to work, learn about business, perhaps helping Meals on Wheels, and others.…

We are all a work in progress
What is real and what is illision is a matter of preception. To some many things in there life is, "bad". This may be a temporary perception if the person grows and learns becomming a more positive being during the process.
Adversities come up in many peoples lives. Things that make each of us different, unique and at the same time, One. With the common ground that we are each a work in progress, each…
